Terms of Service

MyChatWrap lets you upload a WhatsApp chat export and generates analytics, AI-derived insights, and relationship scores from it. You must own or have the explicit permission of every participant in a chat before uploading it — do not upload a conversation involving someone who hasn't agreed to have their messages analyzed.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Don't use the service to upload content you don't have the right to share, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Sentiment, emotion, and relationship scores are generated algorithmically — including, optionally, by third-party AI providers (OpenAI or Google Gemini). They're intended as a fun, reflective lens on your conversations, not professional advice of any kind (relationship, psychological, legal, or otherwise).

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which immediately and permanently removes your data (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
